Fitbit Charge HR vs I-Watch 4th generation vs Xiaomi 3rd generation Review 2020

I first came into contact with smartwatches because I wanted to exercise and to track the effects of fitness, the first one I started with was Fitbit Charge HR (black), it was a gift from my wife when I was in school in the UK, the price was £ 99 , also was the one that has been used for the longest time, in the last years, apple had updated a new generation of products, which was promoted by advertisements and early adopters, it started with a GPS version, and it took less than a year to sell for half-price, now I use the 3rd generation of Xiaomi, i bought it and it was really cheap and waterproof.

Appearance & wearing comfort
I am a half-faced controller, personally i think Xiaomi does a good job in terms of appearance and is more comfortable to wear, you can wear it for most sports and even during swimming (but it's very tasteless, which will be described in detail below), followed by Fitbit, especially for men with thicker forearms, they will look very stylish, the objective design of Apple’s exterior design is quite satisfactory., as a sports smartwatch, the large dial is actually a bit cumbersome, especially for some ball sports, there is no way to satisfy the need to wear it all the time, worrying about being crushed and bumping into others.
Display
From the screen size point of view, Apple spikes Xiaomi and spikes Fitbit, so the data display is very powerful, basically, the Apple you want can be displayed, and it also has lot of display functions that can give you multiple imformations in one time including clock, heart rates, music, reminders, GPS tracker, cellurar and so on,  although Fitbit has the smallest screen, but it also has nice functions for pure sports athletes, such as heart rate, calories, timekeeping, kilometers, etc, it has a hand-up display and tap the strap display function, there is a reminder for incoming calls, and we shouldn't forget that fitbit is lightweight and that made me feel as if i am not wearing a smartwatch at all, so, for  the screen size of is the most suitable, and the information display is relatively complete, however, the shortcomings of Xiaomi are:
1) there is no hand-up display function 
2) there are messages and incoming call reminders, but they are unstable, sometimes displayed, and sometimes fail.
Device binding & App information Display
The most convenient of the three products is Xiaomi, which can be connected with the next software,the slowest and most troublesome is Fitbit, the connection takes a long time to synchronize, but poorly, Apple can only be used on iPhone, and it is relatively fast to connect to its own mobile phones .
In terms of information display, the three apps that I like the most and personally think are the most humanized are Fitbit, step count, real-time heart rate, kilometers, calories, etc. at a glance, and you can change the location according to your own interests and Fitbit also joined the statistics of food intake of calories, which is very good, equal to less under a calculated intake of calories app (mint fly in the ointment is not so precise and abundant species, hoping to improve), next is the Apple interface, the display is also relatively clear, calories and exercise time are presented in the form of a dial, but what I don't like very much is the interface of Xiaomi, it feels very tedious, the steps and movement have not been put together, there is no combined calculation, which seems unclear.
Information Collection
This is the core of the wearable smartwaches, i have seen a technical post before, comparing the accuracy of the sensor, i personally think that the accurate ranking of information collection is: Fitbit> iWatch> Xiaomi.
First, let's talk about sports: 1) Fitbitgrom the two years of use, more than 95% of sports last for about 1 minute, can be identified, including brisk walking, running, aerobic, etc., can be seen simultaneously on the interface. at the same time, it can also show the peak heartbeat and cardiopulmonary conditions of previous exercise, and the sensory data is more consistent with the actual situation of exercise. 2) Apple's performance is mediocre, and all of the training data is not recorded, compared with Fibit, it can also reach 2000 calories on Fitbit. Apple can only record 1300-1500 (I still believe that more calories are consumed. Hahaha). 3) Xiaomi's performance is still alive, the caloric calculation is similar to Fitbit., the disadvantage is that it is not accurate to some type of exercises, such as aerobic and ball sports.
Sleep: 1) Fitbit, with its own sleep record, is more scientific and accurate, both deep and light sleep, sleep can be recorded for more than 2 minutes, including siesta, it was also recorded before taking a nap in the office. 2) This feature of Apple is a slot, there is no built-in sleep function, searching for some good apps would take a lot of time, and the watch is too big for sleep, 3) Xiaomi does not record the siesta , i hope they improve it, but it's calculation method is very strange, honestly, i don’t wear a wristband during sleep, but the next day i will try deep sleep for more than an hour, even i don’t know how to record it.
Waterproof: Fitbit was turned into slag, at least my yes, I don't know if there is any improvement in the back, Apple has its own humidity recognition, only a little water will turn on the waterproof function, which is great, but sometimes sweating will also turn it on by mistake, Xiaomi Waterproof is King! can be worn while swimming, but! There is no way to auto detect and record exercices, i really don't understand that, for example, you turn on the recording indoor fitness mode before entering the water,etc.. hope they improve it soon
Endurance: Xiaomi> Fitbit> Apple, Xiaomi basically does not need to charge frequently, one charge can give you 20 days before recharge, Fitbit takes about 3 days to recharge, and no need to think about Apple....once a day.
Cost-effective: Personally, I don't want to pursue very accurate sports data, but only to remember the number of steps, Xiaomi is enough, for sports data paranoia, Fitbit is recommended.
